Analog Stick holes.

Includes but not limited to: SNES, Genesis, Sega CD, PlayStation 1, Nintendo 64, Dreamcast, Game Gear and I guess the Virtual Boy.

Analog Stick holes.

Post by Rellizate »

Hello, I have wasted a lot of time trying to do this, so I thought I would ask here.

My plastic container is 5mm (0.2 inches) thick, and I was wondering how big I would have to make the hole for my analog sticks to make them go in all direction, but not create gaps when you lean them to one side.

Same size as the controllers hole...

Just grind away the inside of the case so it's the same thickness.

You could just cut out the analog stick holes from the controller and bondo them in like G-force did. They'd be the right size and perfectly round.

Yes I could, but that would mean I needed to cut the holes for the bit of plastic for the analog stick plastic as well... Also, my bondo doesn't apply well over paint apparently.

Was that really necessary? He was only asking for help.

Anyway Rellizate use the two sanding drums, second row, 6th and 7th from the left. Possibly the big one in the bottom left hand corner as well.
