Notice the abscence of a volume knob and all that? Yeah, i need the pinout for a basic CD player volume knob so i can hook it up tot he amp for volume control. Also notice there's two IC... Each IC only amps one channel (left) for example... This thing will me sweet! I even added a little power LED... Why not? Any help would be apreciated. Maybe i forgot something important? One more thing. The spec sheet say i can link Gain 1 with Gain 8 via a resistor and capacitor to double the output, BUT, i do not know what resistor value I should use! the spec sheet said a 10 microfarad capacitor is needed, but nothin on a resistor! Right now it is just a 100Ohm resistor. Too much!? Thank you!

a cd player volume knob is just a pot. So wire your amp with some pot

I know its just a pot, but I need the pinout for each point. Also, how much resistance do these things have? If its too much, you won't hear anything becuase the volume these mini amps give out is already low enough.

I forgot, i cleaned out my whole closet, along with all 3 of my broken portable CD players... I have no volume knob to use!!! Dang it! Radioshack doesn't have those small kinds of volume knobs... I accidently bought a different pot. Well, anyway, i semi-finished. its far enought o do tests, and it works!!! Heres a linkt ot he newest prototype pic..
