Anyways, why is weighing more good? We should have a standard for weights that is the optimal "goodness." Let's say 158 pounds and 6' ish.
In the US, there is a standard. You must ether be really fat or really skinny and on drugs.

round bout 26 BMI, im almost overweight, if i were 180lbs i would be happy lol

It says on the BMI calculator that teens should be "Limiting television viewing" so they don't get fat. I don't watch TV that much (usually <1.5 hours a day), but I spend a lot of time on the computer, most of it here.
I never work out, I eat whatever I want, and I still have a nice slim physique. I need to work out though, my endurance sucks, I sprint fast, but I get 8-9 minute miles.
