Good GCp Batteries???
I have too many projects goin on at once.
Are the Energizer AA 1.2V NiMH 2500mAH Rechargeable Batteries good for making a portable???
If so, what would be the best way to place them for powering the GC?

Those batteries are good for portables, just not for ones with high power draw like GC. I think it'll run off them, but now for long. If you want it to last a reasonable amount of time, you would need at least 2 sets of 10 batteries in series, with the sets in parallel. How are you gonna charge 20+ batteries?
I know it should be 12V which is what is stated on the back of the GC. Just not sure how much mAH I should have or what would be deemed as enough.
EDIT:::
Anyone think this is good???

Also, the ebay one comes with a charger making this easier and cheaper to charge.
EDIT::
Damn GBP...it's actually gonna cost the same thing for the most part. Would be easier with the Ebay one still.

I'm losing my mind...price will be different actually.
Ebay Listing: 12V 6300mAH = 68.41 + 38.98 = $107.39
Batteryspace.com: 12V 5mAH = $83.26
Difference from two places : $24.13
1.3mAH difference will cost $24.13 basically. Only thing is that it seems more work is required from Batteryspace's battery and the ebay one seems easier in the long run.
