Well, I got the Motherboard back and we installed it and we got the one problem fixed, with the turning on and off, but now we don't have any video. When we booted it up the first time, I got to the BIOS and then before I went anywhere, it froze up. After that, it wouldn't output video. I figure cooling is not a problem, I applied new thermal paste just to be sure.
Oh and I am using the stock heatsink, and I figured it was about 10 bucks more to go with Vista than XP. And besides what do you want me to do, Return it? I dont think newegg would like that a lot.
I believe I have all the voltage stuff set correctly, and, Coincidentally, I do have a spare copy of XP, but I just spent $130 on Vista so I might give it a try...
