computer clock keeps going back 2 hours

My computer clock ocaisionally sets itself back 2 hours and it's really screwing up my DVR schedule. Does anybody know why it's doing that or how to fix it? Does it involve the battery on the mobo?

If there's a great loss of life,touch it right when it's about to go back, And BAM! you're in the past two hours ago.. 0_o

Are you using Windows XP? If so, make sure you have it set to the correct time zone. It might be constantly re-syncing it's clock to an internet time server.

Yeah, I think that's it. It was in the wrong time zone.
