Where to get flash capacitors

I need camera flash capacitors. I have 5 but I need more. Walmart isn't giving used disposable cameras away anymore. Ideas?

300-325ish volts, 80-130ish uf.

Yes.

Digikey part no. 493-2040-ND seems to fit your description. They have caps that are even higher rating if you need.

I suppose. They feel shockey when you hold them (by accident or such) [Funny story, I picked it up and it shocked me, and then I picked it up again and it shocked me again. This happened again later)

And they make a BIIIG blinding spark (at least the 5 I have in parallel) that is capable of welding the wire I had to the switch that completed the circuit.

Just look for high voltage caps on the internet and such. A few days ago, I accidentally touched the contacts of a charged flash cap and it felt like a stampede of eels rushing through my finger.

If you really want this thing to rock, get some computer PSUs and take the caps out of them.

I would try to make a coilgun, but I'd likely kill myself in the process.

Caps are dangerous. We had to test some at school a few years back and I touched some by accident. They were 15mF each so that hurt pretty bad

After the tests nobody dared to put them away
