Not when you're as good as me. I can remove tri-wings and triangle-heads with a flathead almost as fast as the correct screwdriver. And its free!
So you don't have to buy a tri-wing screwdriver if you're just gonna take one or two game boys apart.

well it's not that, but I tried using a mini flathead from one of those flathead packs in a yellow casing with a clear cover to cover the screws from coming outside, well I used the mini one and I still can't get it to work, so well it doesnt really matter though

do you have any spare mother boards, i think I accidently fried my DS mobo, try to see If it was still ok, now the Green light wont even turn on with the whole think togethor, not even a flashing green LED at all, which normally indicates something is wrong with one of the LCDs or isnt hooked up. only light I can get to come on is the charging light for 2 secs and nothing. No matter what I do the Green LED wont come on at all, and no pic on either LCD. Unless you can figure out the Problem and fix it Im not sure what I wanna do, all I accidently did was have the LCD with the metal on the Back Unprotected from shorting, and placed it on the mobo to test, the Green LED flashed and then wouldnt turn on any more =(

Everything I open seems to eventually break =( My GC, My N64, My NES, now my DS.............. can you can get me a Spare Mobo for $15 or possibly less, is so I would be happy as can be.

Ya, I don't think this is the greatest hobby for you. I can understand killing the N64, almost everyone that has worked with them have killed at least one, but not everything else.
How did you kill the other stuff?

lol I just cant help my self, oh and my friend gave me permission to take apart his Xbox, and I didnt screw up the Xbox, all I did was Install a Working HDD activity LED, and I made sure no pins were bridged at all, and then out of random the HDD blew.

N64 fried only because I tried to overclock it, and I suceffully did it, then while moving the Wires around so the Heat sink would fit, the pin on the N64 snapped off and was unrepairable.

NES, I dont know what Happened, I had it overclocked but graphics were scrammbled, and I left it sitting in my room for a couple months and then I tried boooting it up again and all I got was fizzle of the Tv screen.

Now the DS I was careless with, I wasnt thinking when I did that.

and GC I fixed and broke multiple times, but 1 GC was screwed completly when I was trying to install a Modchip.

well it's bricked, which is totaly fixable since you fried something on it, but along with that I would just have to get a wire and fix it, so no extra cost at all, just send it to me along with it Ill fix it for free.

oh thank god, or more like it, thank you. I'll send it out Tuesday, along with the PSone, not monday because I forgot Monday was President's day.

Do you need the A/V cords? just askin because since your making a portable normally the Screen would attach to the back of the PSone and wont need the A/V cords, but if ya want them I'll send them, I have plenty of em (Like 5 of em lol) just thought save a little on shipping if ya didnt need them. I will be sending the stuff by 2 day Priority Mail by USPS just for your Information so ya know what shipping option to send it back.

Do you have a media player cartridge that'll work in a GBA and to what extent? My brother has an SP that he has been trying to sell so he can get an iPod, but he hasn't had any luck, DS's are just where its at now (told him he should have saved for a lite).

well that's the unfourtanite thing, only ds right now can use homebrew since there's the slot-1 advantage, but I do have the GBAmP V2 CF version. You can play FC games(.gba extension), watch movies and play music. It's 30$ plus shipping

yep just shipped out the stuff today, expect it in 2-3 days.

Yes the package looks retarted, never let a mom do packaging, if anything is broken (Most likly the DS stuff) because my Mom Cheaped out on the Bubble wrap, when I kept telling her to use Bubble wrap ( It was only 2:98 for a huge roll of it) and I didnt have any cash on me, gahhh, so I wrapped the DS stuff with a huge plastic bag I found in the Trunk of the Car, so It should be pretty cusioned, and the Psone is pretty damn durrable, unless they purposly kick the Box around and stuff I dont think anything is gonna break.
