my progress on my snes boy!

Includes but not limited to: SNES, Genesis, Sega CD, PlayStation 1, Nintendo 64, Dreamcast, Game Gear and I guess the Virtual Boy.

i know how to do it, i just didn't work, i have done this mod before and it worked..
edit: heh heh heh, i figured out the problem and solution, the 7805s don't appear to be working on the leds, but a quick test with the resisters that came with the leds revealed i could run 7.5 volts through the resisters:) after i get home i will try to wire the resister to the 7.2 battery in location...

yessssssssssssss yessssssssss yesssssssssss!!!!!!! i finnaly got sound and the screen working with the snes :) :D :D :D :D :D :) :) :) :) :) :mrgreen: :mrgreen: :mrgreen: :mrgreen: :mrgreen: , now the ony thing in my way is the controller... i feel so happy

ok, i am soldering to the snes surface mount ic, but with turbo's diagram, there is no place where i place the wires to ground(or is that the common pin...)and the wires that go to the snes board... help would be appreciated because i hope i can finish my portable today :mrgreen:

common pin is ground in that diagram and you can wire the chip straight to the snes mobo i just didn't diagram that. i think i'll make a better one today

k, i am still having trouble with it, i have wired the tact switches to the traces that connect to the pins in your diagram, and the buttons don't work, i have all the tact switches connected to the same ground, which is the trace next to the big three whit things that connect to the white plug on back...what could be wrong?
