doomportables needs a temporary admin!

ok, I'll post what I have. Because I'm a little too lazy to copy the entire site to the account Abbibi gave me a while back, I just did the home page and anything I changed otherwise. I put you on the LPC, cennar, because your avatar is a good size and all. Hope you don't mind. Also, the chat times I put up is fake, I just did it to test the whole thing out.

Still a few little bugs, but I did it all by myself

hmm... maybe not. Now that I look at abbibi's original the links on the side are the only clean html, so I guess it was that way to begin with.

If you're looking for a quick (and compliant) way to tidy html, just go here: http://infohound.net/tidy/ Worked great for me.

In any case, you're bound to do a good job, SpoungeBuell, as far as my uninformed opinion goes.

Thank you everyone for deciding who was going to take over updating the site for me.

Amusing, though.

I have decided to give admin access to both Spongebuell and gannon. I would have given it soley to Spongebuell, but he will have trouble keeping up with the site after September 4th, and I will probably need more time than that. I get the feeling that those two can work with each other, and not get into a coding war, so I feel it's safe to give them both access.

I will be emailing you both with all the pertinent information you guys need to perform the job, with a laundry list of rules to keep you two under control.

They will be given a joint email account for the site, so any information someone emails to that address will more likely be read sooner rather than later. I encourage everyone to actively give them updates and information, as opposed to expecting them to find it for themselves, because they'll have their hands full for a while playing catch-up.

Um, you're coding for your first update was pretty SNAFUed. I have fixed it. Try to stay to that format.
