This video is quite strange. I don't really see the point. It is a total waste of money but whatever floats your boat.

sad to see one die like this but the nes, snes, master system, genesis, and early ataris never cease to amaze me in how much abuse they can take before they break.

he has a video of a genesis overheating (with the help of a space heater) and getting it up to 68 degrees c. pretty damn impressive for not having any heat sinks or fans.

I actually think that SNES mobo survived that one. Why would he do the good 'ol wash & bake on it afterwards if it just killed it?

maybe coating snes mobos in oil will be a good nonconductive layer!
