GBA games on GBA

Post by projectwhat »

Yes thats right. I have the GBAMP (game boy advance movie player) I was wasnting to put a gba rom on the sd card but when itry to play it it wont play. I have successfully put nes roms on it and played them with a gba emulator but i shouldnt need an emulator to play gba roms should I.

Come on ben, your brain works better than that, i am pretty sure! Why don't you go to another forum that actually supports piracy or knows what the heck you are talking about. :shock:

The GBAMP can emulate NES rom's natively I believe (as in there's an NES emulator on-ROM), but I doubt it can just run GBA games right off the bat.

I'm pretty sure that it can only emulate NES and GBO. If you want heavier emulation stuff, you have to invest in hardware that's a bit more bang for your buck. :lol: God, remind me NEVER to say that again!

*falls over laughing*

For someone like you, you should just give up. Trust me, it will take you a long time to figure this all out!

Anyways, SNES emulators for the GBA all suck.

wow yeah all their is to say is give up. please go around to other forums asking for a "snes to nes adapter" and come back here and tell us their reactions. anyway if im correct the movie player only supports up to a certain file size for gba roms and most commercial games go over that try out some homebrew stuff if im correct it will work

Actually, there was a NOAC device that allowed you to play NES games on the SNES, so he'd get some responces. The thing only really used the SNES's power & controller.

im sorry but do you know what the sega master system or ninetendo are? you seem to solely think of them as file types and no doom was never released for the master system or even the genesis except in like brazil i think just go out and either buy yourself a flashcart if you want to do pirate stuff or actually buy the doom cart for the gba

File types:

.gba = gba rom
.nes = nes rom
.snes = no such thing
.smc = snes rom
.sms = sega master system
.com = single computer connected to internet
.spc = snes sound file

sms on gba = I think, I did on on my supercard sd a while ago.
Snes on gba = sucks balls
snes on nes = No f way
.gba on gbamp = need chism's fw hack

GBAMP doesn't have SRAM, so playing actual GBA backups is impossible.

You should of gotten a Supercard CF.
