Gamecube homebrew

Well I would like to get a gamecube hombrew and back up set up going, So what do I need and what do you suggest.

I need

- To be able to make back ups
- play back ups and homebrew
- preferably a very easy install
- preferably a low cost

I have been looking at this, but that only allows for the playing of homebrew games, Not the backing up

your not gonna get all that for cheap

to make backups you either need a vipergc extreme chip
or a qoob pro and a bba
lemme rephrase that, to make back ups the easy way

to play backups, well any chip will really work lemme recommend the xeno GC if your looking for a cheap solution and stay away from the ninja chip

most every chip from what i hear is easy to install, except the ninja

xeno gc and duo gc modchips are around 20$

You can also make backups w/ the Broadband adapter & Phantasy Star Online I believe...

Yes this does look kinda expensive, So I was wondering if I got that chip I mentioned what else would I need ?

wow that chips only 8$ now

definitely a good deal

you could buy that and either go the illegal torrent route

or buy or even download a copy of PSO and a BBA, BBAs are kinda expensive/rare on ebay or in used game stores. lucky for you i have 2

and and if you wanted one you can just pm me if you are interested

i really dont see a reason why you would want to make your own backups though you get the same results through "other" methods i hardly ever use the function on my viper extreme
