WMA, MP3, WAV

as I said in the techno topic I am working on making music with fruity loops studio 6. When I save my work I have to save shot clips of work and put them together in voice recorder (since fl studio is only demo). When I am done with this process it saves as a .wav file. My MP3 player only reads .wma and .mp3. When I try and make my music into one of these files it will not play. The mp3 file doesn't play altogether but the wma plays on the computer but not the mp3 player. Could you help me out here?

P.S. I have tryed 3 different songs and it still will not work. Is there some kind of patch?

What software are you using to convert the WAV?

Well I don't have software to do that I usely just take the .wav off and put .mp3 or .wma and it usely works. do you have software you could suggest?

Install Audacity and add the LAME .dll as per their instructions. Then open the WAV in Audacity and export it as an MP3.

Changing the file extension won't do the job properly...
