i don't think any thing is wrong with it, currently i have all wires desoldered of to rewire it with better quality wire, namely that it isn't solid wire, but it worked before, then is was on my table in my room collecting dust while i was working on my case, then when i try it again it didn't work, any thesis on what the *bleep* is going on here

It could be anything really. Are there any wires which are stipped but not connected to anything? Could you have connected something and something else via your hands or your desk or some tool? Is your battery broken? Try wall power. Have you mis-soldered something?

as said in above post, my snes is unwired because i am replacing my solid wire with stranded wire, so i can't test it right now, but i am going to wire up the battery to see if the fuse needs jumping
EDIT: since my soldering iron and desoldering iron's tips are screwed up, i will need to get new ones, thus preventing my test with mr. multimeter, so yeah.

From the information you gave us, we can't really tell at all.

Try taking a deep breath, and slowly, with periods, explain every connection in detail.

It's possible a wire came off because not enough flux was used.
Hey, sup?
