windows CE RPG's

My brother just got a jornada with windows 3.0 running on it, and we are putting games on it. Anyone know of any good, long RPGs for it?

There's a version of NetHack for CE:

You might be able to find a Zmachine program for CE, too. (A TON of text adventures run on Z machine, including Lurking Horror, Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, and of course the Zork games.)

Of course that all depends on having a QWERTY keyboard. (Does that machine have a keyboard? I've never had one...) A clip-on model or onscreen board would work.

You could also throw Linux on that bad boy if you felt like it:

yes it does have QWERTY

yeah, they're sweet, he doesnt play them much though, and hardly lets me play

Try the ScummVM interpreter that runs AGI games. Check this site out for games: http://agisci.classicgaming.gamespy.com/links.shtml

I don't think there any dedicated RPGs for the H/PC. There are a few, such as Everquest, for newer Pocket PCs, but they probably won't run the Jornada H/PCs.

Don't bother running games native to WindowsCE, they're all pretty crappy. Instead, grab an emulator and do your thing! My J728 runs NES, GBO, and GBC smoothly, but don't even bother with going any higher, it's just too laggy to play. The only HPC that can handle SNES is the NEC MobilePro 900, and it even has some slowdown (not to mention the fact that the machine itself is ridiculously large to be a pocket device.)

I already know about ROMs, the primary reason he bought one was for NES roms.
