1. My HTPC has a 250 gig HD. My Windows install CD only recognizes 127 gigs. The partition utility in the Management console doesn't recognize more tha 127 gigs either. What's going on here?! I don't think it has SP1, and it certainly doesn't have SP2. Is that the problem? (I'm downloading the SP2 installer now... give that a shot. (gah I HATE SP2...) It's definitely NOT the BIOS because it shows up as a 250 gig Samsung on the POST screen. (and it's a brand-new motherboard.) It's an IDE drive.
EDIT: That might solve the problem. Apparently, SP1 re-worked the drive system so you don't get a 127 gig cap.

2. My good computer is having keyboard problems. My PS/2 keyboard is almost non-responsive. there are no processes eating the CPU cycles, and there isn't any spyware or any viruses on this computer. When you try to type, it takes FOREVER for the letters to appear (sometimes a matter of seconds!) It's doing this even after a couple cold boots.USB keyboards work fine, but I <3 this PS2 keyboard.
Any ideas? Assistance please! I'm at my wit's end here! :insane:
