Thats a launch model PSX. Sadly to play it, the system has to be flipped upside down due to a faulty gear during production.

One more question, Are they both launch models?

No, 1 is the launch model, the other is the very first revision console. the most obvious differences are

-No AV jacks
-The laser assembly is at a different angle (Horizontal not vertical)
-No flipping

They both have the Serial Port on the back and the giant port thing that you plug a gameshark into right. Do I get them both for $15?

They both have the serial ports and the game shark port thing.

$20 for both.
