I checked the Main Trophy Supply Website and i found the 1/16" engraving plastic but it had different cutting depths and ply's. I was wondering if any one had good specifications for the projects
(hand built) in bens book that would be helpful

OK, you need some 1/16" engraving plastic as you said, but I have checked out that site and the ply is listed for you. By using logic, I think (I know) that you need two ply 'cause there are two color layers: one on the front, and one in the back. This is so letters can be engravced into it and show up. may I ask which hand built you are working on? I built the handbuilt NES but it still doesn't work. \
And what do you mean by specifications?
