Most likely at the DVD fab plant the disc got mixed up with another before it was silkscreened. (assuming that the disc are pressed before hand)

You'd be suprised how much this kind of weird crazy crap and fetch on eBay. A while back there was a pack of Magic: the Gathering cards with Harry Potter card backs or something that was sold for something like $13,000. Can't find a link or anything, sorry.
