WTB Micro-ATX Mobo and CPU

Just like the title says, im looking for a micro ATX motherboard (socket 462, 370, or 478 ) and a CPU if convienent. If you do have a CPU, I would prefer it be 1 Ghz or higher.

I have one, here's the main cpu info from proc:

How much is that? Also I am looking more for a gaming/overclocking mobo tht will work with my ATI Radeon 9700 Pro

Right now I'm using it as my main pc since my main mobo died, and it's installed in a uATX foxconn case with 1GB ram

I dont think that motherboard will work with my ATI card, sorry gannon. Although I am interested the CPU

PS I am now accepting almost any socket A/462, 478, or 370 motherbaord as long as it has a AGP slot (prefferably 8x), is micro-ATX, and accepts a 1 Ghz CPU

ive got a socket A MAtx mootherboard that has a AGP slot and some CPUs.. Let me check to see if it still works.

Also i have a working AMD Socket A 2800+ CPU. Both are working but my motherboard differs from the one in the link by having a passive chipset heatsink.

Sorry Dude, my parts are already coming in, and that Chipset wont work wiht my Radeon 9700 Pro anyway
