...a handheld consoles board? There really is no defined board for game systems such as the GameBoy line, the GameGear, the Lynx, the PSP, the DS, the GP2X, and ummm... N Gage and Gizmodo? This board would be very helpful to this forum.

cause think about it: has there ever been a company that only makes handhelds? They fit right in with whatever systems closest.(Like you know, game gear with sega, game boy((sorta)) with nes, etc.)

Well... If you want to get technical, Tiger electronics only makes handhelds.

LCD games aren't exactly "hackable".

I don't think a seperate forum for these types of projects is necessary.
