Quick questions; Can you connect to a PC version of UT if you're using a Linux version?

I'm curious as I've played UT on Linux machines at school and hell I like the game so I could try a few rounds once and awhile if it's possible on my Linux box.

This is getting very mixed up. I say we leave this one for unreal and we make another for halo, I would suggest just leaving it in here but this is getting confusing and is hijacking the thread a bit.

the one game I dont have! Halo has a free trial that anyone can get, and that makes it the optimum choice.

And the requirements aren't that high, even my computer can run it on high settings.

Mine couldnt lol, but now it can as I have a better GFX card. When you say "play" I am assumeing above 60FPS.
