well i really want an xbox. i have two of them with broken motherboards (its a v1.3 and a v1.6 IIRC), or else i was just willing to buy a whole new system.
Not looking to pay more than like $80US plus $20US shipping, i could buy it for that price locally.
dont need games, dont need controllers, dont need cables.
or else, i would also accept a v1.3 or v1.6 xbox where any part is broken except the motherboard.
even if the version dosent match exactly, theres some inter-compatibility, so make an offer and ill look up if it will work.

usually you have to bust it open. i think i have both kinds of power supply though.
you can do a iffy identification based on serial number too

and also knowing when you bought it helps. (ie, launch day = v1.0, last year = v1.6)
