Submit a video of my 44 year old mother playing Guitar Hero?

Yeah... so my 44 year old mother plays Guitar Hero, it is pretty darn good. She can beat most songs on expert in either game. I want to put her on YouTube. She doesn't think it would be a good idea. She's very self-conscious about her image (a little overweight), and she thinks people will make fun of her weight and think she's a "loser for being a 44 year old mother of two with nothing better to do with her time than play Guitar Hero" despite the fact that she pays all the bills and manages all money going in and out of the house, and is trying to juggle several business deals (home business we're trying to get going).

My question to you guys is, do you think YouTubers would make fun of her, or do you think they'd think she was awesome? What would you think?

I just wish my mother was that awesome, and I think the majority of youtubers besides a couple would feel the same.

) but you're always gonna find dirtbags out there, my friend. There's gonna be someone there to ruin the fun and be a jerk about it, that's how our world is. However, if you're really that worried about it, you could always just constantly delete the bad comments, or better yet, disable comments for the video!

my mom is 43 and loves playing wii sports especially the bowling, and shes good too! averages 180-200! lol

Thanks guys. I thought you'd think the same way... *looks over shoulder* She's playing Symphony of Destruction right now.

She's working on 5-staring songs on expert in Guitar Hero I. She currently has all songs in sets one through three 5-stared except Sharp Dressed man, Heart Full of Black and Symphony of Destruction (which are all 4-stared)... plus some others such as Ziggy Stardust, Higher Ground, Unsung and Spanish Castle Magic.

I think there's something awesome about an older woman playing a video game aimed totally at teenage boys in need of meds. And there's nothing wrong with being bigger when doing it. like the big guy at every arcade that played ddr--a perfect balance of size and grace. Not everybody will agree, but that makes the video much cooler.
I can't play that game for beans... I did DDR though, and I'm pretty big--but so help me if there's a video and if it ever hits the internet, pain will follow. I hope your ma has a better sense of humor than I do.

I guess that's a mixed vote. 'yes' for me wanting to see it, 'no' to protect your ability to take in solid food.

...not going there. certainly not in the final 48 hrs until santa shows up. My guess is that you're just trying to eliminate people from his 'nice' list to hog an extra gift or two. the old "let's just see what I can get people to say about my mom," eh? not gonna work...
