That's great, but it's not NES related. Moderator: please move this someplace else.
Emulation isn't accurate. There is no substitute for real hardware!

to where i might ask? this is the closest related to the original gameboy (same timeframe as NES) so i think we can leave it here

Sweet, does that switch at the bottom right turn the leds on/off?

I was thinking in the same path. I didn't know where to put it otherwise, and the Gameboy is 1) Made by Nintendo 2) 8-bit, so technically there's nothing wrong. (The forum name doesn't actually mention the NES, does it?)

Hmm, I did notice that the forum is called Nintendo 8 bit. I guess since you can't really call a Superfunjoygamefunthing an NES it makes sense. Sorry bout that. That is pretty neat all the same. Can you still see the screen OK though? I would think that the lights would be distracting and could make the screen hard to read.

Actually no. The only problem is that there's no backlight, which can be done, but is a bit risky.
