looking for a watercooling block

well, its winter here in Canada, and with my outdoor pond sitting at just above the freezing mark until about march, i was thinking id do an 'extreme overclocking' experiment, whereby i run pond water through a waterblock/peltier combo. hoping to reach subzero temps...

anyways, im looking for a cheap waterblock that will fit on top of my 64bit AMD Athalon 3200+ (i think thats the model #). im not really down with socket types and adapters and this and that. so i was hoping someone with some knowledge would point me in the right direction.

when i say cheap, i mean like $30 USD or less. it doesnt have to be big or fancy or anything, i think the frigid water will mostly make up for an inefficiencies in its design

alternatively, a chunk of aluminum is like $10 on ebay... i was thinking of making my own. is it particularly hard to machine aluminum? i would probably just be using the 'drill 40 holes in a spiral' technique...

or hey, if you are bored of your watercooling system, why not sell me your waterblock... or trade for something?

So your saying set up water cooling from outside realy cold pound water. That would be cool.

Just make afromans water cooling system that was low budget.
