what i assume he is talking about is there is a class action suit against nintendo about the wiimote strap, it will 90% likely be dropped for being retarded (and the fact that nintendo is already adressing the problem) but it DID happen and

Saw this on CNN on Friday. Sounds like the straps were breaking.

I could just see kids smacking themselves in the face with the wand or nunchuck with the strap breaking while swinging it around doing moves. :O

It's full of crap

The people who threw there remotes and embedded it into the drywall are the idiots who didn't wear the strap and just cut it.

nintendo was replacing the straps if u want to this class action law suit is actually about defective remotes aka there trying to get the remote and strap replaced cause they want more money.

Whats stupid is your usa law system is so screwed up they will probably get sued and lose even tho it says everywhere warning you not to go nuts and having instructions everywhere about how to play.

Just a bunch of scum trying to make a quick buck
