Hardware hacks for a pocket pc

Does anybody know of any sweet hardware hacks that I can do to my Audiovox Thera? It's just been kind of sitting around, and I'm dying to do some modding to something or other while I wait for the rest of my arcade machine parts to arrive.

It is its been done before on BYOAC Forums they had a mini cocktail cab has to be undr 30cm in length width and height and someone used a PPC and created controls for it looked very cool and is perfect desktop toy
