Christmas is so sugar coated that it makes people sick. Throwing around some bitter discussion about how Santa's evil, the elves are slaves and the way Christmas works just doesn't seem magical anymore helps to keep some of us from being sick.

I love this, it keeps me from hating how they roll Christmas stuff out on Black Friday, about four weeks before Christmas gets here. Not to mention it's a way to poke fun at a mythical character that is so over used it's not even funny anymore.

If you really want me to ruin everyone's Christmas I can pull Frosty out and make fun of him.

Two things caused Santa to mysteriously vanish some time ago-

1) As mentioned before, the advent of complicated electronic toys which are built in even more complicated machines using extremely complicated tools only understood by collectives of professionals.

2) He lost heart when his mortgage was denied. Reason: he doesn't own any real land, just floating ice. Adding to that, his covert operations in Antarctica were shut down after the gapping ozone hole tipped off local authorities.
