Li-ion battery to power a PSone screen (7.2 V)

If you're making a portable you probably need something to watch it on. (Unless you want to guess what's happening in the game, but I wouldn't advise that) Anyway, this forum is your "Hacking a pocket TV/screen" one-stop solution. Share your experiences and knowledge here.

Li-ion battery to power a PSone screen (7.2 V)

Post by enjoiful »

I'll keep this short and sweet.

I have a bunch of Sony infoLithium M batteries that have 2900 mAH at 7.2 V, and wanted to use them to power a SNESp using a PSone screen. Is this voltage high enough to power the screen? (I believe the screen wants 7.5V, but feel free to correct me.)

Yeah, 7.2v is plenty.
