case bondo troubles...
I have used bondo to put the parts of the torn up controller case(boy, did that screw up my drill bit or what...
), but the bondo keeps leaving tiny little cracks between each other and it is really annoying me( I want a smoth case, not a rigid one.) any advice on this?

Well, on your next bondo coat, sand with a 100 grit sand paper, then sand with a 250, then with a 400, and then, a 600 grit. Make sure not to press too hard when sanding with the 100 grit.
If it's leaving holes while drying, make sure the temperature in that room is between 55-80 degrees Fahrenheit.

that stuff doesnt work to well to hold anything together, use glue to hold it together and bondo to make it look better (but not that stuff, get yourself some spot putty and marine putty)Master of Portables wrote:well the bondo is sort of like plastic wood stuff, and it is brown, would that be bondo sort of, and the stuff is like a liquid half and a putty half... do I mix it ?
