ahh my long not finished console (lazy thats why) (and i never ever play on the cube) well i had a phantasy star online urge so i did some vary simple cuts for the controlers and fixed up the av and psu spots and i had a console, well im tried from being all sick feeling so im going to bed here is pictures...
Looks like a cool mod. If you can get the controller ports to fit desently into the NES controller port holes it will look awsome.

And that remark is stupid and degrading. While I find constructive criticism can be helpful, comments like that are not what we need here. It's like people who when we show them a portable NES or PSX say, 'you could just buy a GBA or wait until the PSP comes out.' By stooping to that level, you're only showing your immaturity, not making yourself look cooler in my or anyone else's eyes.

How many wires are in a NES controller cord compared to a NGC controller cord? It would be cool if you could wire the NES ports to the 'Cube and wire NES plugs to the controllers so the whole thing would look stock.
Nice! Spongey showed it to me and it took me a sec to figure out what it was, as he wouldn't show me the post name. I thought you (Cennar) were making a GCNp, was I mistaken?
yes... its just a little retofacation to the cube... and yes indeed ill be puting on controller ports (cube 6 pin, nes 7 pin) im just not sure if i want to have the cube contnrolers or nes like retrocons

im intitled to my opinion if you dont like it dont post stuff on the internet I call um as I see um
btw where do you have the processor mounted? I cant tell from the photo but it would be best I keep it heatsinked and put it close the the cooling fan if you dont already have it like that you may risk overheating in my opinion
the cube processor is right ware it used to be and the cooling fan near the controler port is simply there for extra coolnes. yeah i noticed the normal cube ways was a little hot so i added the other fan... if i put the controler ports in (witch im not sure i want to do) i would mount the fan on the nes opening things (that bunch of slots at the top) yep.. its a pritty strate forward mod... i took the top of my cube off and put a nes case on it with a hinge, then i moved the psu in side slaped a psone style ac plug on it and an extra fan. it was a vary eazy one to make. (oh if you want help on getting the cube open please just buy the nintendo bit, its vary worth the money) oh and i didnt want the nintedo av plug ay more so i put on a normal RCA arangmet
Its quite good, I would have the DVD Drive where the cartridges go on the NES (if possible like a tray loader in a PS2) and the controller ports where the NES ones were, you could try it if you ever did a NesCube 2!
Somebody please buy my Dreamcast >_> £20+shipping

its much cheaper and it works just as good is melt the tip of one of those clear HARD plastic pens and jam it into the screw hole it will then take the shape of the screw and you can use it to open the rest without haveing to remelt it it works just as well for putting them back in also
Ahh Peppers, we know how to do the little melted ball point pen trick. Cennar's point is its easier to use the proper tool than to use a trick in an attempt to take the Cube apart.
And as for your rebutal to Black Six. This is a privetly owned MB, what ever Ben says isnt aloue thats it. This little corner of the internet isnt lawless.
Also about having a tray to move the game in to the case thats going to involve a lot of work to do something like that. I'm not saying its impossible, or that isnt not worth doing, just requires extra work.
