where to get this game?

I have been looking all over for this game but can't find it. It is japanese.
Ive checked ebay, amazon, google, but to no success. I am willing to pay anywhere between nothing to a whole lot.

yeah i'm a huge kof fan.

That's the info I found. I would be willing to bet that you could go to one of those websites where you can look for iso files and try searching for it, though I do not recommend downloading anything, as that would be wrong....

What you could do is find a Jap PSone and the game instead of doing anything illigal.

I think playing ROMs out-of-print games is fine. If you can't buy it new, the company isn't making any money. But if you can buy it new (not as in "factory sealed" eBay sales, but a game still in production), ROMs are not appropriate. For example, up until a few weeks ago, I believe it was fine to go and download Mario 64 for your PC (or other device) anywhere but China, where it is available new for the iQue. Now, it is available in America through the Wii Virtual Console, so you should buy it as soon as you get the chance if you want to continue your save on your ROM. Basically, if it is not available new where you live, why pay someone else for a game they didn't make, which is what you are doing when you buy used. I also think that a lot of people here use ROMs of obscure, ancient games, but they just cant mention it because of the rules. Which is fine. I will abide by the rules of the forum. That's just my two-cents o what I consider to be "fair use."

Of course, if I told all the girls at my school to stop playing Mario 64 on their laptops during class because the Wii was out, I would get all all manner of "OMG, who cares about stupid Wii copymark thing" remarks. This was actually my fault in a way. I introduced a friend to emulators, and within days, almost the entire grade was playing GBA and then N64 during class. They don't even know that I started it, it just spread like a virus. Strangely, Mario 64 became an OBSESSION amongst several dozen girls. After a few months, most (boys and girls) have moved onto to Armagetron however, so the copyright violation epidemic at my school is on the decline.

Fair use is not clearly defined sometimes, but it does exist. Don't miss out on a great classic game because it costs hundreds of dollars on eBay or it is impossible to find, when you could get a ROM. Again, remember fair use. But I do not condone the use of ROMs in any way, shape, or form
