Hi,
Does anyone know anything cool I can do with some pc ram boards, Ive got three with twelve chips on each labled mcm511000aj70
lqqez9201

Also how long will two AA batterys power a standard status led from the front of a computer

(I like my glowing remote, The most simple project ever. I wouldent even call it a proper project.)

if you run 30mA through the LED, and they are standard alkaline batteries... lets say 2500mAh conservatively.

2500 / 30 = 83 hours

if its a 20mA led, then like 125 hours.

if you just stuck it in without a resistor, it might end up being more like 100ma = 25 hours
