Basically, it's the Namco TV Games made by Jakks Pacific as a portable.
Now, I have some major questions:
1) How are the games stored? Are they stored on a chip? If so, could I use the chip from the PacMan one on the Ms PacMan unit?
2) For the Ms Pac Man unit, I was gonna replace the joystick with a Dpad and a knob (the stick on the unit turns to simulate the steering wheel for Pole Position). How easy is that?
3) If I can't use the original ones, then houbowt the ones that use the GameKey?

1) They're stored on a gloptop (silicon chip soldered directly to board, then covered in epoxy), which is not easily removed nor replaced. On the Gamekey ones, I presume the extra games are on a rom chip in the 'key'. For the dedicated unit no, for the gamekey one yes, as there is a Pac-Man gamekey for the Ms. Pacman unit (I think it's even included with the gamekey version).
2) The joystick is trivial to replace with a D-Pad. The turning mechanism is a bit more complicated, however, though not terribly. it's a spring return-to-center mechanism attached to a potentiometer.
3) Get the gamekey version if you want more games later on.
BTW, the Pac-Man version, and presumably the Gamekey version is loaded with poor quality games. The only one I'd recommend to anyone who actually played the games in the arcade (or in MAME) is the Ms. Pac-Man joystick, as it is nearly arcade accurate.
