Is this another NOAC?

I found one of these guys for cheap in a Big 5 catalogue. It is called the "dreamGEAR 'Tri Blaster' Plug N' Play Video Game.

Has anyone seen one of these? Is it a NOAC? Does it have a cart port?

dreamGEAR is a good company, they make qaulity items, I got my steeringwheel from them. It is a NOAC, I asked the CEO of the site, I dont know if It has a cart slot.

From what I can tell, if you desolder the rom chip you can wire up a cartridge port.
