Sega Genesis cartridge connector

I am thinking about building a portable genesis for my mother who is a fan of the machine. I am going to use a radica genesis, but I don't even know how to kill the built in games and how to attatch the pin connector, how many pins the pin connector is so I can order one off digikey, and what parts to use. help would be appreciated.

This should be in the Genesis forum. 35 posts later and you STILL don't know the rules?

And as it's been said to you numerous times before, CHECK THE STICKIES!!! The sticky in the Sega section has the answers to just about every question you asked in this post. Come on, read the rules.

Well, is anyone skilled with the radica genesis who is here I need to know some facts: Does it require a 64 pin connector? I know, I read the sticky but I still don't know where to connect it. How do I kill the built in games? On the control board I know I am supposed to use an IC from the radica genesis but what extra commponents do I need? What di I connect? Any help will be appreciated.
