Nintendo DS Internet

Post by evza134 »

Hey im new and i was wondering if i could run a true internet bowser (like explorer or firefox and stuff like that) on my ds, with command butons on the top screen and the actual bowser on the bottem screen.
If it can work would it have java or would it be pure html.
Could i put it in with the firmware and have an icon where the alarm icon is at the moment. (most useless alarm ever)

Well if this is a bit much or downright silly then just tell me and ill try and improve my question plausibility in the future

Oh and i almost forgot that the system would probabley have to run off nintendo wi-fi connection.

ebay?

you cant run windows executables () on the ds, and you cant replace buttons in the firmware without some l33t h4ck0r skillz. dont pay anyone on ebay for these things, you are probably getting ripped off...

that said, there was some talk about an official opera browser or something, i dont know if it ever came out.

http://www.opera.com/products/devices/nintendo/

there you go. you could get THAT off ebay.

I think DS Opera is out, but only in Japan, so you can get it on ebay.
