Weird GOAC with Madden 96 and NHL 97

is the EA SPORTS plugnplay a GOAC or a NOAC i think its a goac because it has all the genesis buttons (A,B,C, and Start)

It's not a Genesis. It might be a TG16. But definitely not a Genesis. The Woot crew figured that one out a while ago.

I doubt its TG16, Madden 95 And NHL 95 Only Came out on SNES, Gameboy, And Genny

I've seen those for like 1 or 2 years, I've always assumed it was a GOAC...

Most likely a re-code/port for an embedded platform than any normal console, like the Mortal Kombat Plug'N'Play.
