1. "Every" system won't fit, a 360 by itself consumes a fair bit of space in Ben's laptop by itself. A original XBox motherboard isn't much smaller. However, oyu could cram several older systems that have On A Chip versions (Genesis, NES, Atari) but much more would be pushing the limits a fair bit.
Additionally, you'll need a controller that can take VGA and convert it into the signals a laptop LCD needs. ($75-200 and a lot time and energy getting it to work)
2. That adapter won't work in reverse. However, there's an adapter from Sega (called a "TVGear" I believe) that lets you put TV into a gamegear.
