NOAC- key to a small NES portable?

I have an NOAC and I got an idea to make an NES portable that is smaller than usual, much to the form of ben's NES Micro. But in order to play, you need to modify the pin connector and add some wire that destroys the built in games, but where to add it?Any ideas? Would this be possible to carry out?
