I am always surfing through craigs list looking for good stuff. Today and most of last week I've seen multiple different types of NOAC and GOAC on the electronics page, and most of them aren't going for much more than five dollars. So take a look if you need supplies for cheap.

You know that CraigsList is region-specific right? My city's craigslist has only one seller of NOACs, & they go for ~$25.
