MP3 player probelm

I just downloaded the great smoke off, awesome poetry about drugs by shel silverstein and tried putting it on my MP3 player. for some reason it says "error: directory or file cannot be made". does anyone know how to fix this? it happened before when I tried to put beatles music on it (and this was from a CD!).

EDIT: Now I cant get the podcast up! this is making me mad

I tried ot put the Beloved "fish heads" on today, same thing happened.
