If i wanted to make a game in C++ what would i need?

I would also need to learn C++ first. Im a little confused so this is why i
came here. If anyone has a link to a C++ tutorial and programs i could use afterwards to make anything i need in the game. (the simplest and cheapest way would be best)

If you know how to use MS-DOS/Command Prompt, I would recommend the compiler GCC, which is included in <a href="http://www.mingw.org/">MinGW</a>. Same compiler used for MAME & MESS...

Borland's Turbo C++ is great. You may be put off by the DOS based layout at first, but trust me, it's a wonderful compiler.
Getting a tan while everyone else is in a blizzard... >.<
