OMG it is beautiful. You know what you could do to that car? That piece of Americana? Ohhh... man, you are lucky a sweet ride if you want it to be.

Anyway, yeah, I love my old mac (played lots of fun games from a helicopter dropping people to Prince of Persia) I the only reason that everything is Windows based and windows based processors as well is because companies started to use it, then compies employees, and it trickles down to average people somewhere (at least I think so).
When in Japan with access to just about every system ever made and those that have yet to see international soil, gather your forces, and make the cool ones your own.

Still... not to take sides... but even though Macs are more solid it seems like it takes an extra click or two on average to do something on a linux machine machine (A windows machine would go blue screen of death on you before you even logged on.) that's one click. (Flame away!)

Go linux! :P
Thats what I was trying to say...

Well everything but the GUI to my understanding is BSD, so yes.

That's the surprising part. They had never rewarded me up until that point, so while some of my friends' parents paid them for every A or B they got, I was feeling your pain too. :(

I guess it does kinda even out, though. My dad pays for my insurance, lets me drive his car quite a bit (he works at night, mom works at home, so they have a first come first serve type of thing and my/their car rarely gets driven otherwise) and even pays for gas from time to time. Not to mention paying for college, and saying that if there is no school rule (though there is, it seems) I could stay in an apartment if preferred over a dorm

It did roxxor my boxxors. My dad and I had worked on it for 3 years to get it tuned just perfect, timed to the exact increment. we took it to cruise-ins and showed it off. We were originally gonna race it. but he gave it to me as a graduation present, which surprised the hell out of me. That picture was taken during the winter when it was really dirty. It could do the quarter mile in around 14-15 seconds. but... last year we had a freak cold snap and just the day before I had noticed the low coolent so I put more water in until I could get some antifreeze. I went to bed that night and it was clear but kinda chilly out. I awoke the next morning to 8 inches of snow and a T shaped crack in the engine block. Luckily we have an extra 250 block in the garage. I just have to save up the money to rebuild it. So until then, I drive a 79 celica.

Well I heard that it can be expandable up to 1gb. Thats not bad. Any hoo, Kevin Rose said he plans to open the Mini Mac and so we can watch for that so we can adapte that to make it a handbuilt laptop or as Jacks likes to say PCp (sounds like Jack likes to get wet, huh?).

you can put a playlist on it, you know. besides, a lot of people just listen to their music on shuffle anyways. I know I do.

Also black six, nice sat score, did you take it once or twice or more? I am going for as darn near perfect as I can get so I can get into mit.

I'm building a Carpc and we have been talking about the mac mini as 1 and making a portable is easy :)

you can buy a 7" XGA Touchscreen that works on the mac mini just get the DVI to VGA adapter plug the touchscreen into usb and and your set :)

But power is the problem as it needs 19v i believe thats what the power supply puts out ;)

Oh yeah iv got the PC and the 7" xga And touch screen going into my car in a flipout dash very soon :D
