The official Halloween Pumpkin thread!

Post by NES_fanatic »

Alright, it's Halloween by now on most of the Earth, so let's see what you carved into your orange orb this year!
I made a Mario. It's a clone of all the other ones seen throughout the internet, but I still like it. It's not my best pumpkin. I couldn't get my camera to take a proper picture of it so I had to make a video.

Whoa! I don't know if this happens to you, but after your video, it provides links to my videos, and vice versa.

Last year, I made a Pacman pumpkin. It was really simple to make.

Here is the watermelon I carved over the summer.

I don't have a picture of my pumpkin, it isn't as great as the watermelon.

Here's a pic from outside of the house. There are illuminarios up and down the walk from the house to the street, and at the top are the pumpkins. I did the one with the skull (basically the only good one, but shh don't tell the little kids)

I do like the "wtf" looking one. Funny. :-P

I miss celebrating haloween. Last time my family did (mind you, this was about 10 years ago) mom made a huge party out of it that started in the basement and ended in my (and my bro's) room. She even pulled us (the children, that is) out of school early. It was awesome! Usually, though, we just made some costumes, put small flashlights in plastic pumpkins and went trick/treatin'. We couldn't eat the candy (oh so many alergens, stupid dad's genes...) but we traded them for gifts and dad ate them. He'd be sick for days, and our gifts tended to last longer that candy would anyway... Ah, good times...

I was going to do a Sam and Fuzzy one, but I ended up going with a voodoo mask thing. Although I was really rushed and it turned into a gorilla thing. I'll take a pic tomorrow if it isn't rotten by then.

It's Late, I know. But I love mine so much. Here's a cool time-lapse picture (about 3-5 seconds) because it doesn't show up too great on camera in the dark, since nothing except the back (for air) is carved through the pumpkin.

(THis pumpkin was made in half an hour or so with no plans. So please don't judge it by the non-circular circle, or the broom's bent shape. Judge it by the idea)
Hey, sup?
