If a developer let you choose any dead video game franchise to be resurrected, which one would you choose? (thanks ctfan for the edit)

franchise not as in Tony Hawk Pro Skater 11, or Street Fighter 2: The 36th SF Game Even Though We Are Still On 2, but as in a game from the past that only had 1 or 2 games (e.g. Burgertime, Grim Fandango, etc.)

Do you mean, If a developer let you choose any dead video game franchise to resurrect, which one would you choose? Your question in its current state makes little sense... :?

Question: What do you guys thing of the new virtual console style marketplace (ie: Wii, Xbox arcade, sonys "Me too" arcade). Do you think it will have an impact on the prices of original game carts/cds?

I feel thats a good question, since a lot of us here are collectors, or just like playing "real" games on original hardware.

Well it wasn't much of a franchise, I'd like to see a new Clay Fighters. It was a fun game that you could play and really with how the players fought it was fairly out of the box.

I'd also really like the old school Lucas Arts games franchise to come back. I love games like Full Throttle, Sam n' Max, Day of the Tenticle and Curse of Monkey Island. Those were just cool games, I still can't get over how funny the combat system for CoMI was and the insualts you could throw out.

Question: What is your prefered brand of soldering iron?

Question: What games for the Wii (despite your, for lacking of a better word, "dislike") are you actually looking forward to?
I'd imagine right now you wish you were a cuttlefish...

Wow this page is exploding. We'll spend about 5 minutes in the next podcast answering the best of these, or as many as we can. So yes, questions that can have short answers will help.

I may put the cutoff date SOONER than Sunday to limit entries. Maybe like Thursday night.

Question: <b>What's your favorite type of case?</b> (Frankencase, CNC & screws, molded...)

Suggestion: You should come up with another name for the <s>pod</s>zunecast. Maybe something along the lines of "The -- -- Hour", so you have a <i>reason</i> to take that long; it's in the name! :P

Question:Do you think that the release of the "Virtual Console" for the Wii will increase the awareness/use of Emulation to the "Joe Sixpack" ?

Offcourse I know the Wii is not emulating the games (I their being ported) but would't this give people more reason to download Emulators.

"Hey, Want to play Mario Bros. No way? $15"

"Hey! Don't you worry Billy-Ray. Havent you heard of the Free way?"
Meh... So I don't post much?
