I always wanted to see that episode, I saw a preview of it on a commercial and missed the actual showing, and then it was always in the opening video thing. Does anyone know if it has been posted online?Kurt_ wrote:they had something to do with the world trade center incident (a tentacruel knocking down a building)

Mai is the root of all evil. She is now the new main character, as the show is now completly about Mais pokemon and Mais "battles" and Mais friends.Ash still follows around, but rarely ever does anything. All of Mais pokemon are ridiculously wimpy, and her 'Coordinator Contests' are won completely by luck.Kurt_ wrote:I couldn't help noticing how uptight America is. Half of those banned episodes were banned only from America, for stupid reasons.
Take, for example, the 2 or 3 banned because they kind of seemed like they had something to do with the world trade center incident (a tentacruel knocking down a building) or jynx with black skin (2 episodes) or possibly the worst excuse for a ban: epileptic seisures!
I'm just kidding. the worst excuse for a ban was Ash and May being accused of being a couple. (whoever May is, I never watched the show for THAT long, but don't get me wrong, I was a devoted Pokemon watcher in the day)
And something that drives me nuts....her most common line is something like this:*Agonizingly annoying high pitched voice*It's sooo ceeeuuuttteee!!!(Pronounced the way I spelled it)
Edit:Is that how it's spelled?Time to fix my post.

Laugh and the world laughs with you; It's inhabitants are an entirely different story.
Sadly enough, Pokemon Colliseium was one of the three N64 games I owned. I remember playing red and blue on GBC many years ago, but I've long since lost the cartridges. They were fun games, though. I used to collect the cards, and I have like 300 of them sitting in a box in my closet right now, though I never played the pokemon card game.

I always liked Pokémon. From the day I finally had enough money to buy a copy of Pokémon yellow till now. I remember seeing the day and night effects in Gold and I was like: Wow! That's so realistic. I never understood why they scrapped it in Ruby and Sapphire...
Anyway I'm really looking forward to the next games (Diamond and Pearl I think they're called...) cause you'll be able to play on wifi and chat with other players!
Pokémon might sound childish, but I still like it even though I'm 17. And a lot of people still do. An old friend of mine recently asked to borrow my copy when he was going on a trip to The Filipins. I was suprised cause he is usually like a tough guy. Appears even tough guys have a weakness for Pokémon

Wait, that's not a fond memory! I blame the retarded mouse that's all yellow and stuff... Like Spongebob... *Giggle

I liked them, but it got very annoying if you were playing at night and could only find crappy pokemon. It would have also been bad if you set the clock wrong or moved and it was now wrong, because it was hard to do certain stuff.sammy wrote:I remember seeing the day and night effects in Gold and I was like: Wow! actually theres ways to reset the clock in GSC (i think its a code).. I havent been back in a while because of work but.. the 10th anniversary was like 8 months ago..
various stuff i should say:
-the ds games are bringing back nighttime
-why would the 32bit games be psone-like, the gba isnt capable of it.. and yes the 3d ones arnt worth copying to the handhelds
-the graphics have progressed.. Im a sprite artist on a pokemon forum (or 2.. or 3) and its easy to tell how its progressed.. mostly with the quality of the artists that have been involved in each project.. but the upgrade to the DS has allowed larger sized sprites for characters in battle..
-about the past controversy.. well.. no 493 is GOD.. this time when the new series comes out theres gonna be a lot more problems then last time.. they'll probably end up messing with a whole bunch of the story to censor it for the over-religeous worry warts thats always seem to be behind it (I wouldnt be surprised if jack actually steps in again, *cough*retred*cough*)[/rantness]
theres much more.. but im at work and cant spent all day typing on here..
