Image Hosting Woes (needs favor)

I need to get a fat image (1704 x 2272, 543 KB) on the internet for a trading post thing I'm about to do, but both of the hosting services I use shrink the photo too much to be useable. Could somebody here do me a favor and let me email them the image so they can host it in a way that won't shrinkify it?

Hmm, good idea.

As for imageshack, no. I use putfile and Photobucket. Imageshack is full of crap and kicks my compy's speed in the kahoots every time it's opened up.

EDIT: Oh wait, Sam is willing to make life easier.

ImageShack shouldn't shrink images...

What do you mean it's "full of crap"? It's the most minimal image host I've seen! (Putfile, Photobucket, and the like make things too complicted.)

By "full of crap" I mean "shoots so many popups in your face that it takes my computer a minute to recover, if it doesn't crash the browser first".
And I don't need anybody giving me any "firefox is the roxorz switch to that" crap.

INTERNET EXPLORER IS THE WORST, LEAST SECURE WEB BROWSER YOU CAN GET

honestly i do not understand why ANYBODY would use IE. there are a lot of decent free alternatives

Ok then...

Get Opera or Netscape or Mozilla, just don't keep using Internet Explorer. It's the least compatible, least secure browser. (AIM Explorer and MSN explorer are just IE skins).

I don't think IE can even render .png transparency properly...

And it certainly doesn't support standards such as SVG...

I agree, CTFan. Whenever I'm stuck without my Portable-youknowwhat- folder, I really, REALLY miss tabbed browsing and AdBlock.

EDIT: Fine. If you're stubborn enough to stick with Internet Exploder, at least install the popup-blocking Google Toolbar...

I put that nice folder on my drive at school (everyone has a drive on the network, I think its a few partitioned into enough for everyone, but it has 100 or so gb...). I had to get the proxy, but you just import the IE settings, select the right connection setting, and bam. Blocked site are still blocked, so no hack a day (or bad sites for you sickos).

hmm, it slows down, has lots of popups, crashes with too much activity... sounds like IE to me

No, it doesn't have lots of popups, almost all popups are zapped. Only by coincidence do all the imageshack ones get through.

The browser I use is the browser that I have to use because my parents own the computer and the service, and don't let me change anything because it's their computer so I have to adhere to their rules (remember the 600 x 800 resolution?). Because of their stubbornness I'm stuck using, of all godforsaken browsers.... AOL.

And don't give me crap about it because it's not my fault. I've had it up to here with people punishing me for what is in no way my fault.
So shut your mouths, pull up your pants, and leave me alone!
